A Dream Come True...

Established in 2012, Cookie Conscious Bakery was born from a lifelong dream. With humble beginnings baking in a tiny church kitchen & vending at local farmers' markets, we opened our boutique shop on the West end in 2016. Though we closed our shop in 2022 after many challenges & changes, we are thriving on a made-to-order basis out of our dedicated vegan kitchen.
